- Implementing price inquiries, comparisons, and bidding for materials according to the procurement plan, as well as ensuring material delivery to the port, arrival, and shipping arrangements
- Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers
- Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing
- Maintain update records of purchased products, delivery information and invoices
- Following-up vendor regarding with delivery of goods and services
- Up-dating the database of supplier (e.q vendors, quantities, prices)
- Source new suppliers/vendors for raw materials and packaging material
- Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers and vendors
- Conduct a supplier audit
- Prepare monthly reports about suppliers/vendors data
Requirements:
- Candidates must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree
- Fluent in Chinese is a Must and English is preferable, leadership, Talent in negotiations and networking Vendor Management.
- At least 3 years of working experience as purchasing in the same position
- Experience in collecting and analyzing data
