- Production Manager in an International Company

Responsibilities:
- Take an active role in factory production planning
- Manage production schedule for on-time completion
- Monitor production to resolve issues
- Ensure output meets quality standards
- Identify and address key concerns that may alter or impact production schedule
- Estimate costs and prepare budgets
- Setting productivity goals
- Liaise with other managers to formulate objectives and understand requirements
- Evaluating machine resources to ensure continued production
- Establishing a balance between increased productivity and reduced costs of manufacturing operations
- Developing workflow policies and procedures that improve efficiency without compromising safety or quality
- Create and manage WIP report for tracking development
- Motivating, supporting and providing guidance to production staff
- Supervise and evaluate performance of production personnel (supervisors, workers etc.)
- Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines
- Determine amount of necessary resources (workforce, raw materials etc.)
- Ensuring adequate scheduling of staff
- Communicating regularly with upper management regarding problems or issues impacting production
- Approve maintenance work, purchasing of equipment etc.
- Manage shipping schedule for on-time delivery
Qualifications:
- Minimum S1/ Bachelor’s Degree, Preferably in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimal age 35 years old
- Eight or more years of experience in a production or product-management role
- Fluent in English, both Verbal and written
- Deep knowledge of production management
- Knowledge of performance evaluation and budgeting concepts
- Experience in reporting on key production metrics
- Proficient in MS Office software
- Excellent organizational and leaderships skills
- Strong decision-making skills and a results-driven approach
