Responsibilities:

  • – Design and implement tailored digital marketing strategies to strengthen the DMMX brand and others, driving lead acquisition and growth.
  • – Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities and refine strategies as needed.
  • – Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure marketing strategies align with the company’s business objectives.
  • – Regularly monitor and evaluate campaign performance to drive optimization, increase conversions, and ensure KPI achievement.
  • – Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing to foster continuous innovation.
  • – Manage relationships with external partners and agencies to support the execution of effective marketing initiatives.
  • – Contribute to the development of overall marketing strategies and participate in brainstorming sessions.

Requirements (Education, Technical Skills, Relevant Experience):

  • – Minimum 1 year of experience in performance marketing, particularly in display ad management.
  • – Exceptional critical thinking skills with the willingness to dive deep into data, delivering immediate results while maintaining long-term strategy and scalability.
  • – Strong attention to detail with the ability to see how small details contribute to the bigger picture.
  • – Excellent analytical skills for data-driven decision-making, with the ability to communicate actionable insights from the analysis.
  • – Strong communication skills, self-motivated, enjoys challenges, and highly enthusiastic about achieving excellence.
  • – Proficient in Excel or similar data processing tools for data analysis and reporting.
