  • Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve organizational effectiveness.
  • Develop and execute initiatives aimed at enhancing employee satisfaction and engagement.
  • Facilitate employee feedback through surveys and focus groups; act on findings.
  • Oversee talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent.
  • Support succession planning and career development initiatives.
  • Coach managers on performance-related issues and employee development.
  • Support organizational change initiatives by providing HR expertise and ensuring effective communication.
  • Identify training needs and implement programs that grow employee capabilities.
  • Promote leadership development and organizational learning initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Create an inclusive environment where all employees feel valued and contributed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Knowledge of organizational development and change management principles.
  • Ability to analyze data and leverage insights for strategic planning.
  • Proficient in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledgeable about employment laws and best practices in HR.
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
