- MODERN TRADE SALES MANAGER
Location:
Pasuruan, Jawa Timur
Job Descriptions:
- Responsible for achieving sales budget and utilizing promotional funds in the MT and MTI channel.
Assist in the planning and strategy development for MT/MTI Account Management (with Simple Trading Terms) and Trade Marketing (Promotion:
Budgeting & Merchandising activities).
- Build strong business relationships with MT/MTI channel accounts/customers.
- Coordinate with the Distributor team to ensure routine transactions and optimal fulfillment of purchase orders.
- Responsible for managing and implementing promotional activities.
Job Qualifications:
Minimum education:
Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- At least 5 year of work experience in Modern Trade within the FMCG industry (experience in the Soap Bar Industry is a plus).
- Proficient in computer programs, especially Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.), and internet tools.
- Possess skills in negotiation, teamwork, strategic management, and a thorough understanding of Sales and Marketing concepts (sales territory, sales forecasting, promotion & consumer behavior, etc.).
- Fluent in ENGLISH
- Able to communicate clearly and structurally.
- Willing mobile working
- Domicile in East Java, and/or know much about East Java market and willing to relocate
