- Qualifications & experience
- 2 years experiences for supervisor and 4 years experiences for manager
- A degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a positive work environment.
- Strong focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences and resolving any issues.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities for team and guest interactions.
