Job Description

This Role is responsible for:
- Receive, check and record invoices from vendors before submitting to the Finance Department.
- Receive and key in all of the PO from the customer to the Internal report (in Excel).
- Receive all of the data for disposal from Distributors/customers and proceed as internal SOP.
- PIC to collect and store all document-related SCM (LOA all Vendor, Quotation, etc).
- Ad hoc request from HOD related to SCM’s scope.
