- Looking for tenant or prospective tenant
- Propose a good strategy in structuring the leasing area Ensuring the target revenue and occupancy is fulfilled
- Expanding the tenant database, updating retail development, maintaining relationships with tenants
- Offers rental locations to the tenant or prospective tenant
- Carry out administrative activities (correspondence, licensing, filling system, etc.) that support activities Leasing Officer.
Job Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor s Degree in any major.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as Leasing Staff in Property.
- Excellent comunication and negotiation skills.
- Computer Literate (Ms. Office).
- Have a good Sales / Marketing and Administrative Skills.
