- Responsible to develop competency based development program.
Job Description:
- Become Learning Partner for DSID Business
- Nurturing Learning Culture Initiatives within the company for optimizing organizational learning
- Fulfill and develop Agribusiness Learning Portfolio [MDP, CDP, GLP, IDP, PIP]
- Develop Competency Based Development Program to support company’s objectives. i.e. CDP Ref-Frac, Marsho-Filling, Commercial TRD etc
- Develop & Conduct Learning Modules, Training/Teaching Guide, Teacher’s & Student’s book for every training module [Technical & Leadership]
- Nurturing Continuous Improvement Culture – Collaboration & Ownership Initiatives i.e. 5R1SQuM
Job Requirement:
- Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
- Must have a minimum 3 years in related position
- have a good knowledge in KAIZEN dan Learning Management System
- provent experience as instructional designer and learning content development.
- Strong interpersonal and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Willing to be travel
