General Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems or Computer Science,
- Recent graduate with relevant coursework or internship experience in HR systems
- Proficiency in IT systems and a strong aptitude for learning new software.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibility:
- Assist in configuring Workday Human Resource modules
- Collaborate with HR teams to gather requirements and implement solutions.
- Ensure accurate setup and maintenance of talent and learning programs.
- Support and resolve issues related to HR system configurations under the guidance of senior team members.
- Create and update configuration documentation.
- Participate in user acceptance testing and validation.
- Train end-users on talent and learning functionalities as needed.
