Job Description
- This position will be responsible for handling internal audits for our hospitality business unit. This would include planning and executing the audit in conjunction with the team, and also involve in identifying the weaknesses of the controls or business process, and suggesting recommendations.
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, major in Economics/Banking or equivalent
- Having min. 3 years of working experience in hotel operations
- Having experience in hospitality industry
- Good understanding in Food Safety, and especially HACCP
- Good understanding in hotel facility standards, hotel quality management, hotel building safety & security standard, and also hospitality services & grooming
- Certified in the hospitality field
- Good communication and presentation skill
- Able to work individually or in a team
- Willing to be placed in Gading Serpong, and willing to travel if needed
