- Handling end to end recruitment process.
- Create advertisement content related to job vacancies.
- Oversees the assessment of Hiring Processes.
- Facilitates the assessment process of hiring process and promotion program to gauge the success of programs and identify areas for improvement.
- Ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of Talent Acquisition Process and Implementation.
- Provide Induction training for new employees.
- Support HRBP administration.
Job Qualification:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with GPA min. 3.00.
- Minimum 3 years experienced as talent acquisition or recruitment from manufacturing company / headhunter / consultant).
- Certified of Talent Acquisition / Recruitment and Selection / Training for Trainer (BNSP/Professional Consultant).
- Have knowledge of BEI STAR and competency based interview.
- Have knowledge of Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) and job analysis.
- Have knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001.
- Familiar with canva and google form.
5 working days:
Monday – Friday (08.00 – 17.00 WIB).
- Can join immediately.
- Willing to be placed in Pantai Indah Kapuk – North Jakarta.
