Job Summary:
- The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will work closely with senior leaders and managers to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives. This role requires a strong understanding of business operations, an ability to influence and coach leadership, and expertise in areas such as talent management, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Alignment:
- Partner with business leaders to understand and support their goals by aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
- Advise and coach managers on organizational structure, workforce planning, and succession planning.
- Analyze trends and metrics to develop HR solutions, programs, and policies that drive business performance.
Talent Management:
- Partner with leadership to identify and develop top talent, ensuring a strong pipeline for key roles.
- Support recruitment efforts by collaborating with talent acquisition teams and providing insights on hiring needs and market trends.
Employee Relations:
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues by conducting investigations, counseling managers, and providing solutions that are legally sound and aligned with company culture.
- Serve as a point of contact for employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and legal compliance.
- Promote a positive work environment through employee engagement strategies, conflict resolution, and promoting company values.
Change Management:
- Support organizational change efforts, ensuring smooth transitions during periods of growth, restructuring, or transformation.
- Work closely with leaders to plan and implement changes in a way that minimizes disruption to employees and maximizes business impact.
HR Policy Development and Compliance:
- Keep up to date with employment legislation and best practices, and ensure that the organization complies with labor laws.
Learning and Development:
- Assess training needs and work with the Learning and Development team to design and implement programs that enhance employee skills and leadership capabilities.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Partner with the compensation and benefits teams to ensure that reward strategies align with business objectives.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Psychology
Experience:
- 5+ years of HR experience, including a minimum of 3 years in a strategic HRBP role.
- Proven experience in organizational design, workforce planning, talent management, and employee relations.
Skills:
