Job Summary:
- We are seeking a versatile HR Recruitment & General Affairs Specialist to lead recruitment efforts and ensure smooth organizational operations. This role combines recruitment, people organization, and general HR functions, including overseeing General Affairs (GA) tasks to support the company’s operational needs.
Job Description:
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.
- Develop and maintain a talent pipeline for various roles, focusing on operational and management positions.
- Work closely with department heads to understand staffing needs and provide strategic hiring solutions.
- Organize and manage employee records, contracts, and HR compliance with company policies.
- Implement and coordinate employee engagement programs, performance reviews, and training initiatives.
- Handle general HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining attendance records, leave management, and payroll support.
- Oversee General Affairs operations, including office management, facility maintenance, and procurement of office supplies and equipment.
- Coordinate company events and team-building activities to enhance employee relations and culture.
- Ensure workplace safety and compliance with local regulations.
- Liaise with external vendors and service providers for GA-related needs (e.g., office maintenance, supplies, and equipment).
- Support HR in developing policies and procedures to improve workplace efficiency and employee satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in HR recruitment, with additional experience in General Affairs or office management.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to handle a broad range of responsibilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse teams.
- Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations is a plus.
- Experience in the F&B or retail industry is preferred but not required.
