Job Description
- Support socialize corporate policies to all employees between employees and the company
- Maintain employee data into the HR information system database to ensure all employee data are valid and up to date
- Conduct administrative HR duties activities employees in accordance with the company’s needs and policies company’s, such as liaising with healthcare facilities (BPJS Health, Ketenagakerjaan), issuing reference letters, permits, etc
- Coordinate office asset maintenance regularly, office logistics asset to ensure all assets are well maintained and operational ready
- Control the availability of the general affairs of company of facilities for the employees
- Responsible for industrial relations that also covers employee disputes, internal communication, employee relations, grievance, hiring-termination.
- Responsible for routine or mandatory reports to the government or regulators, and monthly reports to the management.
- Maintain communication with government or regulators.
- Job requirement
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in major Law (preferred) or any other related majors
- Minimum 3 – 5 years experience in similar position (HRBP or Industrial Relation)
- Preferably candidates with working experience on Multinational Company/Korean Company and has working experience with foreign employeers or expatriate
- Has working knowladge of multiple human resources disciplines, a strong suit in industrial relations responsibilities, and proven experience acting as an HR Business Partner
- Has a good relationship with government, labour office, industrial relations court, and other stakeholders
- Excellent people management skills
- Good in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Good command in English both verbal and written
- Have K3 Certificate is priority
