Job Requirements:
- Min. Bachelor’s degree from any major
- Min. 3 years of working experience in the supervisory level
- Has strategic thinking, analytical skills, and strong verbal and written communication
- Willing to be placed in Medan, Sumatera Utara
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic direction for marketing promotions and events to ensure execution and implementation
- Contribute to the product development process to create competitive product
- Partner with Management to understand the business objectives for their respective product categories and/or channel segments, collaborating in the development of marketing plans to achieve business goal
- Manage customer acquisition program to achieve profitable number of customer in line with corporate planning and target
- Manage and monitor customer retention program to achieve high customer satisfaction and high brand equity
