- Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the finance, accounting, and tax teams, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance.
- Drive fundraising efforts and manage investor relations, ensuring Brand Product is well-positioned to secure the capital required for growth.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support the rapid scale-up of our retail operations.
- Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and analysis, ensuring accurate forecasting and financial health.
- Ensure compliance with all tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing culture within the finance and accounting teams.
- Act as a key advisor to the executive team on financial matters.
- Job Requirements
- Extensive experience in finance within the retail sector (min.10 years), ideally within scale-up businesses.
- Experience in Inventory Financing / Inventory Loan
- Experience in Corporate Finance or Investor Relations
- Have background in Retail /FMCG will be great
- Proven experience in fundraising and managing investor relations, particularly in high-growth environments.
- Strong social skills, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate across departments and other stakeholders.
- Deep knowledge of accounting principles, tax compliance, and financial regulations, especially within the Indonesian market.
- High level of agility and resilience, with a deep understanding of the dynamics characteristic of the retail industry and scale-up company.
- Strong Leadership with the ability to build and nurture high-performance teams.
