- bachelor degree minimum
- age between 25 – 35
- Experience as Training Consultant at least 3 years
- Proven track as training consultant is a must
- Ability to sell product and services
- Tasks & responsibilities
- Accompany sales as training consultant in their canvasing meeting
- Build an appealing proposal the prospective client
- Present the solution to the client
- Training facilitation
- Ensuring the program delivered as expected by the client
- Build training tools that suits with the training modules
