The ideal candidate will have a passion for floral design, and will be responsible for creating stunning flower arrangements for various events, retail orders, and special projects. You will work closely with clients to bring their floral visions to life and ensure our flower are presented in the most beautiful and impactful way possible.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and create floral arrangements
- Work directly with clients to understand their preferences and design custom arrangements tailored to their needs.
- Maintain knowledge of floral trends, new arrangement techniques, and industry best practices.
- Ensure that all floral arrangements are fresh, aesthetically pleasing, and meet company’s high standards.
- Properly care for and maintain flowers to ensure freshness and longevity.
- Assist in the setup and decoration of floral displays at events, such as weddings and religious ceremonies.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create displays for photoshoots and promotional content.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and timely delivery of floral arrangements.
