Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Information Technology, Information Systems, Informatics
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in IT, particularly in ERP implementation, support, or management.
- PreferredExperience in full-cycle ERP implementation projects or customization and maintenance of ERP systems.
- Experience with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, Infor.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Java, C#, or SQL.
- Knowledge of database management, especially SQL Server or MySQL.
- Experience with system integration, such as APIs, web services, or ETL (Extract, Transform, Load).
- Ability to gather and analyze business requirements and design technical solutions to ERP issues.
- Proficiency in writing technical documentation, user manuals, and project reports.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the implementation, customization, and maintenance of ERP systems.
- Ensure the ERP system functions optimally to support business operations.
- Provide hands-on support to resolve ERP-related technical issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth ERP operations.
- Integrate ERP systems with other company software and ensure seamless data flow across platforms.
- Handle API and web services integration for ERP systems.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze ERP-related requirements.
- Design solutions to meet business needs and enhance system performance.
- Work closely with IT teams and other departments to ensure successful ERP project execution.
- Provide training to users and offer guidance on ERP best practices.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation for ERP systems.
- Create user manuals and training guides for system users.
- Monitor ERP system performance and suggest improvements for enhanced functionality.
- Stay updated with the latest ERP technologies and recommend upgrades when necessary.
