Job Description:
- 1. Oversee and maintain production dies.
- 2. Manage internal documentation.
- 3. Conduct redrawing activities.
- 4. Handle internal issue resolution.
- 5. Lead improvement initiatives in the production area.
- 6. Manage PPAP documentation.
- 7. Prepare a summary of die costs.
- 8. Support the trial phase process for mass production in new projects.
Requirements:
- 1. Minimum D3 in Engineering.
- 2. Proficient in reading technical drawings and interpreting customer standards.
- 3. Skilled in operating AutoCAD and lathe machines (Mesin Bubut).
- 4. Capable of using various measuring tools.
- 5. Knowledgeable in the manufacturing process.
- 6. Experienced with die forging, pressing, threading, and die maintenance systems.
- 7. Familiar with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards.
- 8. At least 2 years of experience in the engineering field.
