Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Engineer with over five years of experience in access control and CCTV systems to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience and preferably certifications working with security platforms such as Genetec, Gallagher, Lenel, Honeywell, and Milestone. This field-based role involves managing and executing large-scale projects onsite in regional areas of Indonesia, ensuring the successful implementation of our security solutions. The successful candidate must be willing to travel, work, and live onsite as required. Proficiency in English is preferred. Attention to detail and a strong pride in the quality of work are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and support integrated security solutions, including access control and CCTV systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
- Collaborate with clients to assess their security needs and develop tailored access control and surveillance solutions.
Project Management:
- Oversee project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure timely completion within budget.
- Coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders to align project goals and deliverables.
- Prepare project documentation, including project plans, progress reports, and presentations.
System Commissioning:
- Conduct comprehensive testing and commissioning of access control and CCTV systems to ensure optimal functionality and compliance with specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the commissioning process.
- Provide training and support to clients on the operation and maintenance of systems.
- Manage large-scale projects in the mining and manufacturing sectors, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Deliver technical support and training to clients and team members to enhance system understanding and utilization.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies related to access control and CCTV systems.
- Demonstrate proficiency in configuring access control devices, CCTV cameras, network switches, controllers, and servers, with a comprehensive understanding of networks and switching.
Qualifications:
- Over five years of proven experience with tier 1 security systems including access control systems (Genetec, Gallagher, Lenel, Honeywell) and CCTV systems (Milestone & Genetec).
- Strong project management skills with experience running large projects in mining and manufacturing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in English is preferred.
- Attention to detail and pride in the quality of work are a must.
- Willingness to travel throughout Indonesia and live onsite as required.
- Certifications in Genetec, Lenel, Gallagher, and Milestone are a plus.
