- Qualifications & experience
- Minimum education senior high school with 5 years experiences or Diploma 3 (D3) with 3 years experiences.
- Electricial wiring diagram.
- DOL, star/delta system, motors, transformer, LVMDB, cubical medium voltage system, panel, lighting, etc.
- PLC’s HMI, measuring device, instrumentation, etc.
- Trouble shooting of Electrical and Mechanical.
- Machines operation, machines setting and improvements.
- 5S Ability.
- Tasks & responsibilities
- Responsible for handle all Electrical task, Electrical PM, Electrical repair, trouble shooting, continuous improvement, machine monitoring, machine setting, etc.
- Responsible for maintaining all running of Production machines, utility, building, etc.
- Responsible for machine mechanical setup, improvement, commissioning, etc.
- Responsible for all the machines always in a good condition and ready to used.
- Responsible and aware in all safety aspect in machines and peoples.
