Position:
Drafter Engineer (MEP)
Job Description:
- Create and modify MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) drawings based on engineer guidelines.
- Translate design concepts into precise technical drawings.
- Familiar with various MEP installation systems in buildings, with a strong understanding of MEP system design principles and the ability to select appropriate systems and installations according to their function.
- Conduct Value Engineering to enhance efficiency.
- Ability to calculate volumes from drawings is a plus.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in any field (Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred)
- At least 2 years of experience as an MEP Drafter in a consulting firm, contractor, or property company
- Experienced in producing working drawings for MEP systems and composite drawings in high-rise or mixed-use building projects
- Proficient in MEP system design fundamentals and manual calculations
- Skilled in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and MEP system design software
Position:
Drafter and Estimator (Panel)
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare cost estimates for electrical panels
- Create shop drawings and design electrical panel systems
- Conduct commissioning tests and Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), either at the factory or on-site (project)
- Inspect panels prior to shipment
- Troubleshoot and perform panel maintenance
Requirements:
- Preferably a candidate with a minimum of 2 years of experience as an Electrical Engineer in a Panel Maker company
- Ability to work under pressure and strong problem-solving skills
- Good time management skills
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Excel, and MEP system design software
- Proficient in reading SLD and assembling Low Voltage panels
