- We are seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our creative team and lead our efforts in growing our YouTube channel. The ideal candidate will craft compelling and inspirational content for social media (Youtube), focusing on life lessons, motivational stories and fun facts.
Key Responsibilities:
Content Strategy & Creation:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive YouTube content strategy that aligns with company goals and marketing objectives.
Video Production & Optimization:
- Collaborate with creative teams and videographers to produce engaging, high-quality video content. Ensure videos are optimized for SEO using relevant keywords, tags, and descriptions.
Channel Management:
- Manage the company’s YouTube channel, including publishing videos, managing playlists, and ensuring all content is organized for optimal viewer experience.
Audience Engagement:
- Build and maintain a loyal YouTube audience by regularly engaging with viewers through comments, polls, and community posts. Analyze user feedback and trends to enhance engagement.
Analytics & Performance Monitoring:
- Track and report on YouTube performance metrics (views, engagement, subscribers, watch time, etc.). Use insights to refine strategies and drive continuous improvement.
Ad Campaigns:
- Plan and execute YouTube ad campaigns using Google Ads, focusing on increasing views, subscribers, and conversions.
Competitor Research:
- Stay updated with industry trends, YouTube algorithm changes, and competitor channels to ensure the company remains competitive and innovative.
Collaboration & Cross-Channel Promotion:
- Work closely with the social media, SEO, and content marketing teams to ensure consistent messaging and cross-promotion of YouTube content across other platforms.
Requirements:
Experience:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, specifically managing YouTube channels or video marketing.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field is preferred.
Skills & Knowledge:
- Proven track record of growing YouTube channels and optimizing content for SEO.
- Deep understanding of YouTube’s algorithms, analytics, and best practices.
- Experience with YouTube ad campaigns, video SEO, and Google Ads.
- Proficiency in video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro) is a plus.
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as YouTube Studio, Google Analytics, and TubeBuddy.

- Ability to develop creative concepts for engaging content and analyze data to inform future strategies.
