Responsibilities:

Ad Campaign Strategy:

Devise and execute strategic advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (including Facebook and Instagram), TikTok Ads, and other relevant platforms to boost merchant acquisition and engagement

Performance Optimization:

Monitor ad performance metrics closely, employing A/B testing and data analysis to optimize campaigns for maximum ROI and merchant conversion

Creative Ad Development:

Collaborate with design and content teams to craft compelling ad creatives tailored to each platform and merchant audience, ensuring maximum impact and engagement

Budget Management:

Efficiently manage advertising budgets across platforms, allocating resources effectively to achieve campaign objectives and KPIs

Audience Targeting:

Utilize advanced targeting capabilities on advertising platforms to reach relevant merchant segments and drive qualified leads for merchant services

Ad Tech Mastery:

Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in ad tech, leveraging new features and innovations on platforms to stay ahead of the curve..

Education:

  • A University degree in IT or Marketing is preferred but not required. If you have the necessary skills and experience, please contact us.

Requirement:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ practical experience managing digital advertising campaigns such as Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok Ads are required.
  • Data analysis and interpretation should be very fluent to you; that is, you should be able to gather useful information about advertising performance from metrics which will eventually guide campaign optimization strategies.
  • You must have a good sense of creativity so as to come up with ideas for creating interesting ads that resonate well with sellers on different platforms.
  • Also, it’s necessary that you know how to work around various ad management interfaces provided by Google, Meta, TikTok etc., because sometimes there might occur some technical issues and therefore one needs troubleshooting skills together with problem-solving abilities.
  • Communication skills should not be taken lightly either since excellent communication is what makes teamwork possible. In other words apart from being able to work alone when necessary – this job requires collaboration with others especially those from design, content or even product teams in order to deliver quality output within set timelines.
  • It’s crucial therefore for an individual who thrives best under pressure where everything keeps changing from time to time including advertising methods used then he/she will fit well into such kind of environment provided they can quickly adapt themselves according to new trends as soon as they come out hence making them more effective in their work.
