- Serve food and drinks to guests in a courteous and timely manner.
- Attend to guest needs and inquiries, ensuring an exceptional dining experience.
- Ensure the timely delivery of orders to guests while maintaining the presentation and quality of the dishes.
- Follow up with guests to ensure they are satisfied with their meal and service.
- Set up tables according to the restaurant’s high standards, including arranging cutlery, glassware, and other table items.
- Clear and reset tables between service, maintaining cleanliness and organization.
- Manage cash or card transactions, following the restaurant’s cash-handling policies.
- Follow hygiene and safety standards, including wearing appropriate attire and maintaining cleanliness in the dining and service areas.
