- We are seeking an experienced Curriculum Coordinator to lead the development and implementation of our Preschool for Kids program. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in educational program design and execution, focusing on early childhood education.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop a comprehensive curriculum design for the Preschool for Kids program, including levelling and main curriculum guidelines.
- Planned and implemented content creation, such as placement tests, course planning frameworks, class activities, and worksheets/books.
- You will be working with an architect by assisting in designing the school layout.
- Establish hiring and training processes for teachers to ensure a qualified and motivated team.
- Manage class scheduling and day-to-day learning centre operations for a smooth and efficient learning environment.
- Through continuous improvement efforts, we aim to maintain a high customer satisfaction rate as measured by Net Promoter Score (NPS) and Student Renewal Rate.
- You will collaborate with sales, marketing, and growth teams to develop marketing strategies and events to promote the program.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in education, early childhood education or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in curriculum development and educational program management.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing early childhood education programs.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organisational and project management abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with sales, marketing, and operational teams.
