Job Description
- Develop creative strategies to increase brand engagement and awareness on social media.
- Develop and execute paid social advertising strategies with defined targets.
- Conduct audience research to understand the target market and latest trends.
- Manage all Brand accounts on social platforms.
- Create an editorial calendar and develop engaging content concepts tailored to different social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and TikTok).
- Produce creative & engaging content to build brand awareness and engagement on social platforms.
- Analyze content performance (likes, comments, and shares) and generate periodic reports.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop social media campaigns & activation.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends and adapt to algorithm changes.
- Maintain relationships with external stakeholders (such as KOL & influencers) for social media activities & campaigns.
- Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Marketing, Communication, or other relevant fields.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or Content Creator.
- Experienced in collaborating with influencers.
- Able to create creative and engaging photo & video content.
- Proficiency in video shooting and editing techniques using editing software.
- Excellent written communication skills and the ability to craft informative and engaging captions.
- Good understanding of social media strategies and analytics.
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills.
- Digitally savvy and up-to-date with the latest social media trends.
