Job Description
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or CPA certification is preferred.
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in financial management within the property development industry.
- Proven track record of managing financial operations for high-rise buildings, real estate developments, hospitals, and other institutional projects.
- Able to oversee financial management for various property development projects, including high-rise buildings, real estate developments, hospitals, and other institutional projects.
- Able to manage project financing, including securing funding and managing relationships with financial institutions and investors.
- Able to conduct financial due diligence and risk assessments for new projects.
- Able to manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, treasury, tax, and audit functions.
- Able to optimize the financial structure to support operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Able to Oversee financial management for existing buildings and properties post-project completion.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to present complex financial information to The Owner and executive team in a clear and concise manner.
- Proficient in financial management software and tools.
