Job Desc:
- • Coordinate day to day activity with Professional Services team
- • Coordinate marketing and sales activities and synchronize it with Professional Services Strategic Plan implementation
- • Develop marketing and sales strategy and pitch Professional Services services to new and potential client
- • Execute and monitor the implementation of marketing and sales strategy to increase Professional Services product sales
- • Develop good relationship with existing and potential client
- • Explore new market and expand relationship with industrial market (based on database and other resources)
- • Proactive in maintaining good customer relation with former, existing and potential corporate clients and Ensure clients/customers retention
- • Propose solutions and services to potential clients/customers of Professional Services
- • Ensure effective proposals documents to potential clients, including conducting presentations
- • Support to enhance the environment branding Professional Services
- • Assist Program Development Manager to identify marketing strategy and roadmap
- • Assist Program Development Manager in establish network & sales to potential company, strategic industry partners, and other prominent companies
- • Increase sales and pitch service to new and potential client
- • Develop and maintain good working relationship with prospective and new clients
- • Communicate and maintain project update and progress to ensure sales closing
Business Development:
- • Analyze and seeks for external opportunities such as prospective clients for consulting projects
- • Assist Program Development Manager in developing sales and profit margin goals
- • Prepare various presentations to clients
- • Update various consulting services to existing/new corporate clients, aligning to their needs
- • Communicate with representatives/parties appointed by Professional Services customer for consulting engagements
- • Follow up and arrange appointment meeting with clients/prospects clients coordinate with associate partners to develop consulting project proposals
- • Ensure appropriate record and documentation of all project documentation or bidding proposals
Management Support Activities:
- • Provide Report to direct Supervisor
- • Suggest improvement process related to activities in area of responsibilities (especially related to time concern, effort and cost)
- • Perform activities related to Quality Management System
- • Perform additional tasks related to key responsibilities as required by Direct Supervisor
Requirements:
- • Minimum Bachelor Degree
Work Exposure/ Experience:
- • Minimum 2 years in Senior Staff level position, or
- • Minimum 4 years of working experience
