Job Descriptions:
- Preparing a wide variety of goods such as cakes, cookies, pies, bread etc. (both traditional and modern recipes)
- Creating new and exciting desserts to renew our menus and engage the interest of customers
- Decorating pastries using different icings, toppings etc. to ensure the presentation will be beautiful and exciting
- Fulfilling all requests from restaurant management related to bakery
Qualifications:
- Candidate must own minimum Diploma Degree (or equivalent) in Food & Beverages, Culinary of Art, Tourism & Travel or any relevant major
- At least 3 years of experience in Baker role – Has solid experience in food and beverages (restaurant, hotel, cafe, or equivalent)
- Has good communication skills; able to speak English is a plus
- Fast learner and confident
- Able to work in a team
- Flexible and willing to travel
