  • JOB MISSION
  • As a B2B Sales & Product Specialist you will be responsible to acquire targeted business clients by actively optimizing pipelines and sourcing new leads until they are engaged, maintain relationships with existing clients, conduct market research (analyze competition landscape, the efficiency of sales strategies, etc.), performing product demonstrations to staff and customers, gathering feedback, and offering recommendations to the engineering team,  facilitating training session as well assisting with new product launches.

  • JOB DESCRIPTION
  • Achieve forecasted sales goals.
  • Manage the sales pipeline and source leads.
  • Plan and execute sales activities that will ensure sales growth objectives.
  • Be able to properly demonstrate the features and benefits of Company instrumentation to customers, staff, and other stakeholders.
  • Meet customer requirements (responsive, schedule conscious, etc.) and maintain relationship.
  • Provide forecasts, reports, marketing intelligence, and information.
  • Attend and represent the Company at local and national exhibitions and meetings.
  • On-board customers and keep the communication alive.
  • Attending workshops and refresher courses in sales and marketing
  • Planning and assisting with new product release and events.
  • Scheduling training sessions and attending meetings as required.
  • Identifying new market opportunities and relaying this information to the manager and other relevant stakeholders.
  • Making helpful product recommendations and suggestions to increase sales revenue.
  • REQUIREMENT
  • Required Skills
  • Bachelor’s in marketing, business or equivalent.
  • Fluency in English is required.
  • 2+ years of sales or merchandising experience in Retail & B2B related would be advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Solid knowledge of Sales management and B2B sales pipeline management.
  • Familiarity with analytical, productivity, and reporting tools such as MS Office, Asana, Slack, LinkedIn, PBI, etc.
  • Ability to memorize details like product specifications.
  • Deadline driven and willing to work after hours.
  • A Strong growth mindset.
  • Preferred Skills
  • Personal experience in Garmin’s core market segments including outdoor, fitness, and/or golf & cycling.
  • Have interest and experience in the B2B and enterprise sector.
