- Developing and sustaining solid relationships with Key Accounts Modern Trade Independent.
- Addressing and resolving Key Accounts and Distributor’s problems.
- Increase sales of SKU/ product type variants.
- Increase new customer.
- Monitoring outstanding invoice.
- Acting as the main point of contact between Key Accounts and internal teams.
- Communicating with Marketing, Sales/Operation, and Logistic department.
- Creating sales forecast, sales budgeting, and reports on sales realization
- Achieving the sales targets set by management
Job Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- At least 5 years of working experience in same position (Sales & Marketing Modern Trade Independent) from FMCG industry
- Experience with all Buyers in dealing with Trading Terms from MTI account & understanding flow Key Account Process
- Supporting Key Account team in operational, execution and sales management in National Area for all MTI Channel
- Have good selling skill, good relations with buyer & good skill of negotiation
- Able to develop sales strategy
- Have good interpersonal ability & communication
- Fluent in English, both oral and written is a must
