We are looking for Creative Designers to join our cause, with mandatory requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Visual Communication Design, Graphic Design, Interior Design, or related fields from reputable universities.
- 2 years of excellent experience in Event Organizer/Creative Agency/Advertising/Digital Agency.
- Willing to work in flexible atmosphere (WFO and weekend overtime).
- Fast learner and owning great taste in art & design.
- Good communication skill.
- Up to date with design trends.
- Able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in Software Design (Sketch Up, Lumion, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effect, & Adobe Creative Suite Savvy).
- Energetic & fruitful.
- Artsy, techie & OCD.
- Great storytelling skill and visually detailed.
- Great product & brand understanding.
- Strong understanding of key visual elements and aesthetics, with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and can clearly articulate ideas, designs, and suggestions.
- Must attach a portfolio that demonstrates design skills and creative thinking.
Job Description:
- Create overall design materials for social media and creative collaterals.
- Ideate and visualize briefs into a great output.
- 3D design & motion graphic.
- Work on a wide range of projects and media to visualize innovative designs that meet business goals. They include in-app banners, digital & online assets, events collateral, slide templates, vehicle wrap designs, video creation for marketing and social media distribution, and more.
- Create, layout, and revise deliverables in accordance with brand guidelines.
- Work independently and cooperatively on multiple projects with the Brand Partnership team, meeting deadlines, and scheduling project execution based on workload.
- Update, create, and maintain internal illustration assets to ease the execution of design for the Brand Partnership team.
