- Qualifications & experience
- Bachelor preferably in Industrial Engineering, Psychology, Management or any other related fields.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Talent Management, and Performance Management.
- Having experience in running the full cycle of Talent Management.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to think strategically and translate organizational goals into actionable plans and initiatives.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Tasks & responsibilities
- Develop and manage end-to-end Talent Management program.
- Collaborate with various teams to identify and address talent development needs.
- Identify high-performing employees and develop retention strategies.
- Partner with senior leaders to develop succession plans and talent pipelines to ensure the continuity of key roles.
- Measure the effectiveness of talent management initiatives and make recommendations for improvements.
- Oversee the development, implementation and embedding of succession planning practices, talent management, and development programs to enable the potential of employees and meet future and changing business needs.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of organizational development programs and initiatives through metrics and feedback mechanisms.
