  • Qualifications & experience
  • Bachelor preferably in Industrial Engineering, Psychology, Management or any other related fields.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Talent Management, and Performance Management.
  • Having experience in running the full cycle of Talent Management.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to think strategically and translate organizational goals into actionable plans and initiatives.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Tasks & responsibilities
  • Develop and manage end-to-end Talent Management program.
  • Collaborate with various teams to identify and address talent development needs.
  • Identify high-performing employees and develop retention strategies.
  • Partner with senior leaders to develop succession plans and talent pipelines to ensure the continuity of key roles.
  • Measure the effectiveness of talent management initiatives and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Oversee the development, implementation and embedding of succession planning practices, talent management,  and development programs to enable the potential of employees and meet future and changing business needs.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of organizational development programs and initiatives through metrics and feedback mechanisms.
