- Job Description
- To achieve service and operational excellence manage in forecasting/planning, scheduling, inventory management, delivering. Strong for the coordination in Production Order processing, procurement & supply of raw material, services and consumables, inventory management, planning, warehousing & delivery and invoicing.
- You shall report directly to the General Manager. Supply Chain Manager role also coordination and collaboration with supply partners & customers, as well as integrating supply and demand management.
RESPONSIBLITIES:
- Provide strong leadership to the supply chain management team, set and accomplish KPIs, drive productivity, cost and service quality level improvement programs
- Drive operational excellence across the value chain, which includes procurement, manaufacturing, inventory control, shipping and warehousing.
- Manage and execute the procurement activities with the objective to provide effective supply chain for the organization’s material and operational requirements in a timely and at the most cost-efficient manner.
- Liaise with the different stakeholders such as Production, Quality, Product Development to ensure Production Plan and Scheduling is done in the most effective manner
- Drive communications with customers to ensure orders and deliveries achieve 100% On Time in Full
- Manage suppliers to ensure quality level, cost improvement and supply efficiency.
- Review daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly performance results to identify trends and opportunities to take corrective and continuous improvement actions
- Update management on performance of supply chain operations, improvement programs, new initiatives through appropriate management reports
- Lead the team to perform cycle count, and resolve stock variances. In charge of annual stock take exercise and reports to Management
- Comply with all health, safety and environment (HSE) regulations as prescribed by law and company’s policies.
REQUIREMENTS:
- A Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain management or related field
- 5+ years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment in a supply chain role
- Experience in High Volume, High Mix manufacturing environment
Experience in full spectrum of supply chain (ie:
Planning, Scheduling, Procurement, Logistics and Customer Service)
- Demostrate ability to drive performance in the team
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Have Capability to work with multiple stakeholders.

- Work in Malang and travelling if necessary

- Demostrate leadership and ability to manage different levels of stakeholders
