Job Description
- QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in quantity surveying or construction project management
- Proficiency in cost planning, contract management, procurement, and risk management.
- Familiarity with construction laws and regulations.
- Competency in using quantity surveying software is preferebly.
- Good in english (Oral and Written)
- Domicile in Bali or Willing to work in Bali
- RESPONSIBILITIES
- Preparing detailed cost estimates and budgets for projects, ensuring accurate forecasting and cost control.
- Conducting feasibility studies and cost-benefit analysis to determine project viability.
- Managing the cost planning process from inception to completion, including cost tracking and management throughout the project lifecycle.
- Advising on contractual claims, variations, and change orders.
- Managing the procurement process, including tender preparation, bid evaluation, and selection of contractors and suppliers.
- Developing procurement strategies and preparing tender documentation.
- Conducting risk assessments to identify potential financial, contractual, and commercial risks and developing mitigation strategies.
- Monitoring project progress, ensuring costs remain within approved budgets.
- Conducting on-site visits to verify work progress, measure quantities, and ensure adherence to specifications and quality standards.
- Preparing final accounts and financial closeouts, ensuring all costs are accounted for and reconciled.
- Leading and mentoring junior quantity surveyors and other team members.
- Coordinating with project managers, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
- Ensuring all project documentation, contracts, and records are properly maintained and compliant with company policies and industry regulations.

- Acting as the main point of contact for clients, contractors, and other stakeholders regarding financial and contractual matters.
- Assessing and managing changes in the project scope, evaluating the cost impact, and ensuring change control procedures are followed.
