Job Description
- Our client is looking for a Senior Inspector based in Central Java who has a strong operational skill. This job would require an extensive technical skill with good time and relationship management there will be extensive liaison with regional office.

- Our client is a leading multinational manufacturing company in Indonesia with carefully crafted products under their platform. The team is looking for a Senior Inspector to assist the inspection process.
- Description
- Ensure quality control throughout the home appliances manufacturing process.
- Develop and implement comprehensive quality control plans and procedures, including inspection checklists and sampling strategies.
- Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, components, and finished products to identify and address defects or non-conformities.
- Analyze inspection data to identify trends and root causes of quality issues, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Train and mentor junior inspectors to enhance their skills and knowledge of quality control principles and practices.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., engineering, production, purchasing) to identify and resolve quality-related problems and improve overall product quality.
- Profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or other related fields
- At least 5 years as Senior Inspector experience in manufacturing
- Strong knowledge and practical experience with GMP, HACCP, ISO 9000, ISO 22000, FSSC, HSE,
- Proficient in auditing quality systems
- Extensive leadership experience is required
- Proficiency in English is a MUST
- Willingness to be based in Central Java as required
