Job Description
- We are looking for an organized and proactive Scheduler to join our dynamic team.
- In this role, you will coordinate with our projects and service teams as well as clients to schedule technicians for various tasks, including projects, maintenance, routine services, and ad hoc service calls.
- You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our services and supporting our technical staff in delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
- – Manage the scheduling of technicians for projects, maintenance, and routine/ad hoc services.
- – Collaborate with the projects and service teams to ensure technicians are efficiently assigned based on availability and expertise.
- – Communicate with customers to arrange service appointments and provide updates.
- – Utilize SimPRO scheduling software to manage and track service appointments, project timelines, and technician assignments.
- – Book flights, trains, hotels, and other accommodation for technicians traveling across Indonesia for projects and service calls.
- – Ensure timely and accurate communication of schedule changes to technicians and clients.
- – Assist with coordinating help desk tasks and other administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- – Proficient in computer usage and basic IT systems.
- – Familiarity with scheduling/field service management software is preferred.
- – Experience booking travel and accommodation for employees, with knowledge of the best routes and options within Indonesia.
- – Previous experience in a help desk or technical support role.
- – Fluency in both spoken and written English is a must.
- – Experience managing technical schedules, ideally within a service-oriented business.
- – Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
