Job Description

Responsibilities:

Risk Management:

  • Identify, measure, and manage credit risks related to lending activities.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive risk management policies and procedures.
  • Conduct stress testing and scenario analysis to evaluate the impact of adverse conditions on the credit portfolio.

Credit Risk Assessment:

  • Lead creditworthiness evaluation for prospective and existing clients through in-depth analysis of financial statements, credit reports, and other relevant data
  • Develop and refine credit risk models and scoring systems to assess loan applications and other credit products.
  • Provide expert recommendations on credit limits, terms, and conditions for loan approval.

Compliance and Regulation:

  • Ensure all credit and risk management activities are in accordance with OJK and BI regulations.
  • Prepare and participate in regulatory audits and reviews.
  • Stay updated on changes in regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Continuously monitor the credit portfolio to identify new risks and trends
  • Prepare and present detailed risk assessment reports to senior management and regulatory bodies.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of all risk management activities.

Collaboration and Leadership:

  • Ensure consistent application of credit policies.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to relevant staff across departments or juniors in credit analysis and risk management practices.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to collect and analyze relevant data for risk assessment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of experience in Risk Management & Credit Analysis in the financial services or fintech industry.
  • Proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing effective credit risk models and risk management strategies.
  • Experience in OJK and BI audit preparation and compliance.
  • Thorough, good problem solving, interpersonal & communication skills.
  • High ethical standards and integrity
  • Willing to work mobile & based in Ancol
  • Willing to work on Saturday
