Job Description
- This role will be supporting the implementation of advance Operational Risk Management, including the Business Continuity Management, align with Regulator and adjusted with company’s specific condition. To be the Subject Matters Expert and Primary Driver for the implementation of Advance Operational Risk Management, including the Business Continuity Management.
- What you will do
- Familiar with Enterprise Risk Management standard practice in accordance with COSO, ISO and/or OJK Regulation.
- Drive an effective implementation of Advance Operational Risk Management (AORM), including implementing of Business Continuity Management (BCM) across the Company.
- Act as an Advisor (Subject Matters Expert) to Department Head, Risk Coordinator and all relevant parties over Operational Risk events, Business Continuity Management (BCM), new process/initiatives, process changes, and other relevant matters through active communication and collaboration.
- Deliver accurate, timely, and good quality of regular reports (both internal and external reports), as required by Group and Regulator.
- Deal with and maintaining good communication with Regulator and Internal Stakeholders.
- Master Advance Operational Risk Management (AORM) and all relevant documents as per Group and Regulator. In addition, identifying gaps in the implementation against regulations, standardized methodology and/ or best practice and planning for practicable improvements.
- What you will need to have
- Minimum bachelor’s degree, preferable in Finance/Economics, Law, Management, Engineering
- Max 5 years as Operational Risk Management in Banking/Financial Industry
- Experienced and familiar with Financial Service regulators and its regulations.
- Comfortable with fast pace and agile working environment
- Good in communication skill and collaboration in diversity
- Good in managing internal project management and risk operation analysis
