Job Responsibility:
- Develop and implement sales strategies for government and regional accounts to achieve revenue targets and business goals.
- Identify new business opportunities and manage the client pipeline.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of government procurement processes and regional market dynamics to inform strategy.
- Lead contract negotiations, proposals, and closing processes to secure high-value contracts and agreements.
- Lead and develop the sales team to achieve targets.
- Liaise with stakeholders to understand their specific needs and provide customized solutions that address their challenges.
- Manage the sales budget for government and regional segments for optimal resource allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for solution development.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback and market intelligence, staying up-to-date with industry trends.
- Manage the budget and drive revenue growth through strategic initiatives.
Job Requirement:
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Management, Facilities Management, or a related field.
- Min.8 years work experience in related field and leading team in telco, ISP, hi-tech business sector
- Experience in managing large-scale projects and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization and external stakeholders.
- Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role within the General Business, Finance & Securities, and Banking sectors
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
- Strong leadership and managerial skills
- Willing to work in Centennial Tower, South Jakarta
