Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies for government and regional accounts to achieve revenue targets and business goals.
  • Identify new business opportunities and manage the client pipeline.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of government procurement processes and regional market dynamics to inform strategy.
  • Lead contract negotiations, proposals, and closing processes to secure high-value contracts and agreements.
  • Lead and develop the sales team to achieve targets.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to understand their specific needs and provide customized solutions that address their challenges.
  • Manage the sales budget for government and regional segments for optimal resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for solution development.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback and market intelligence, staying up-to-date with industry trends.
  • Manage the budget and drive revenue growth through strategic initiatives.

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Management, Facilities Management, or a related field.
  • Min.8 years work experience in related field and leading team in telco, ISP, hi-tech business sector
  • Experience in managing large-scale projects and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization and external stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role within the General Business, Finance & Securities, and Banking sectors
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills
  • Willing to work in Centennial Tower, South Jakarta
