- Plan, control and organize the implementation of development programs ranging from organizational development to employee development at the Head Office, factories and branch offices in accordance with applicable directions and procedures with the aim of achieving the company’s vision and mission

Requirements:
- Age between 30 – 40 years old.
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree from Engineering, Management SDM or related degree
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience Human Capital Development/Generalist/ Organization Development.
- Having CHRP, CBHRM, CPHRM certification is an added value
- Having a Management skills, Effective communication skills and leadership
- Good communication in English.
