- Qualifications & experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, sports management)
- 2 years of experience in partnership development, sports management, or a related field
- Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal skills, and relationship-building skills
- Proven track record of building and managing partnerships and community, event planning, and community management
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of the local community and culture in Jakarta, Bandung, and Surabaya (Indonesia)
- A deep understanding of the gaming environment is a plus
- Tasks & responsibilities
- Develop and execute a partnership strategy to expand our network of Byebeli Customers and Communities
- Foster and maintain strong, personal relationships with Community members and all stakeholders
- Negotiate and manage partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective support and activation of partnerships
- Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments
- Manage and report on Byebeli events
