Job Description
- ODDs is the related company of VXdesign Singapore here in Bali.
- We are looking for an Assistant Architect to provide comprehensive support to our Principal Architect. The applicant should possess a keen interest in design and architecture, organizational skills, and communication abilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Principal Architect in project management, including coordination with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Prepare and review architectural drawings, plans, and specifications.
- Conduct research and analysis on architectural designs, materials, and construction techniques.
- Collaborate with the design team to develop creative and innovative design concepts.
- Manage project documentation and maintain accurate records of project progress.
- Provide support in preparing presentations, proposals, and reports.
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and organizing project files.
- Assist in quality control and assurance processes to ensure compliance with design standards and regulations.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
Our requirements are:
- 4 years or more experience
- Proficient in AUTOCAD and SKETCHUP
- Speak fluent English
