Responsibilities:
- 1.Draft and execute labor contracts for employees.
- 2.Address inquiries related to compensation and benefits.
- 3.Revise and publish human resource policies.
- 4.Manage attendance records.
- 5.Assist in the recruitment process.
- 6.Have rich experience in handling labor issues.
Qualifications:
- 1.Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR function(prefer in SSC part, such as salary, personal income tax, labour law, and other rules and regulations in Indo) and administrative roles.
- 2.Excellent communication skills.
- 3.Fluent in English, proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.
- 4.Professional and presentable demeanor.
