Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to and resolve customer complaints across all chat platforms, ensuring each issue is addressed in a timely and professional manner.
  • Investigate customer complaints to determine the root cause, identify potential fraud, and take corrective action when necessary.
  • Accurately input all complaint details into the system, ensuring all necessary data is captured for reporting and tracking purposes.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and escalate technical issues that may arise during the complaint resolution process, coordinating with the tech support team when needed.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in customer service or complaint resolution (experience in chat support is a plus).
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to investigate and analyze complex issues.
  • Attention to detail for accurate data entry and record-keeping.
  • Familiarity with basic technical troubleshooting processes.
  • Excellent written communication skills, particularly in responding to customers through chat.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
