Job requirement:
- 1. Bachelor’s degree in Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree a plus.
- 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in education, training, or a related management role.
- 3. Proficient in English. Indonesia’s mother tongue.
- 4. Having the capability on design, planning, implementation of the Education and training, both in-person and online.
- 5. Having the managerial skill on orchestrating the team, clients and vendor.
- 6. Having a good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- 7. Having the sensibility of budgeting under certain condition.
- 8. Managing the schedule on time, before , during and reporting after event.
- 9. Certification in training or instructional design (e.g., CPLP, ATD, etc.) is an advantage.
- 10. Having the vision of engagement with clients and industry and same vision with NBRI.
- 11. Willing to complete the probation program within 6 months.
