Job Description
- Aquaculture Feed Additive Manager is responsible to find potential customers, create new sales opportunity, enhance sales, & provide technical advices of Aquaculture Feed Additives Products for the customers in order to achieve sales targets which contribute to the performance of the Company, and profitable grow of ADM’s product portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Grow sales profit and volume of Aquaculture Feed Additive Product lines through customer and distributor management
- Identifies and follow up new sales opportunities for Aquaculture Feed Additives Products by analyzing and summarizing information & trends related to the competition in the market.
- Work with team to achieve sales budget and development plan
- Create initiative, pipe line and strategies to develop aqua feed additive business
- Supports commercial team with knowledge/technical sharing
- Gather, analyses and interpret the data that are available from our customers or potential customers
- Together with related department, such as Marketing Department, Technical Services, etc., do initiate sales activities and the activities that come along with the activities
- Establish and maintain relationship with new and existing customers
- Work with local, regional and global technical team for feed additive business development
- Update regulatory matter within the scope of ministry of marine and fishery
- Prepare regular sales and market reports as required by Management
- Ensure account receivables management in line with company objective
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree from aquaculture/fishery science major
- Minimum 3-5 years in-job related experience in aquaculture feed additive business
- Have vast network in aquaculture/aquafeed industry
- Have excellent field sales experience of Aquaculture Feed Additive products
- Have Technical & Professional Knowledge of Aquaculture Feed Additives products
- Have strong relation with nutritionist from Aquafeed Manufacturing Company will be an advantage
- Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
- Have strong sense of responsibility and ability to work under pressure
- Strong communication skills both spoken and written in English & Bahasa
- Able to operate Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, & Power Point)
- Willingness to travel and have Valid Car Driving license (SIM A)
